Affiliated Community Medical Centers in Willmar is seeking a Family Medicine physician. This opportunity offers a guaranteed salary, signing bonus, production incentive plan, excellent benefits package, and an outstanding profit sharing plan. Full partnership offered after two years.
The ACMC network is a regional leader in West Central and Southwest Minnesota’s health care delivery system. ACMC is a physician-owned multi-specialty clinic system with 11 clinics that serve six local hospitals and approximately 103,000 patients annually. ACMC has 170 physicians and mid-level practitioners and features more than 35 specialty departments.
Willmar Family Medicine Group Dynamics:
- 14 Family Medicine Physicians – 10 currently doing OB
- 1 Family/Sleep Medicine Physician
- 1 Physician Assistant
Work Schedule:
8:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m., Monday – Friday
(1/2 day off per week)
*4 day work week available
Call Schedule:
Two per shift, primary and secondary, shared with 4 New London/Spicer physicians
- Weekdays: 1-2 days per month (Mon-Thurs)
- Weekends: 1 weekend every 8 weeks (Sat & Sun); 1 Friday in 18
Office Visits:
20 – 24 patients per day (average)
Inpatient Admits:
- Less than 5 per week, exclusive of OB
- 4 full-time Internal Medicine Hospitalist’s on staff at Rice Memorial Hospital
Births:
- 449 vaginal deliveries and 217 c-sections in 2011
- includes providers at ACMC-Willmar and New London/Spicer
