Affiliated Community Medical Centers in Redwood Falls is seeking a Family Medicine physician. This opportunity offers the ability for a physician to OB and c-sections. And it offers a guaranteed salary, signing bonus, production incentive plan, excellent benefits package, and an outstanding profit sharing plan. Full partnership offered after two years.
The ACMC network is a regional leader in West Central and Southwest Minnesota’s health care delivery system. ACMC is a physician-owned multi-specialty clinic system with 11 clinics that serve six local hospitals and approximately 103,000 patients annually. ACMC has 170 physicians and mid-level practitioners and features more than 35 specialty departments.
Redwood Falls ACMC Group Dynamics:
- 8 Family Medicine Physicians – 5 with OB, 3 without OB (current)
- 2 Nurse Practitioners
Work Schedule:
8:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m., Monday – Friday
(1/2 day off per week)
Call Schedule:
- Hospital provides 24/7 ER coverage. ACMC physicians do all admissions.
- Full Time c-section coverage
- Weekdays: 4-5 days per month
- Weekends: 1:7
Office Visits:
- 20 – 22 patients per day (average)
- Nurse Practitioners – average of 18-20 patients per day.
- One NP assists on-call physician with same day appointments.
Inpatients:
Average of 0-5 per day. Average daily census is 10+
